First, why a running pic? Because sometimes doing hard things makes us feel stronger, and more confident.

My approach is this: whether you’re struggling to just get out of bed, or want to do hard things, I want to meet you where you’re at, right now.

Because maybe if you’re struggling to get out of bed, then the day you discover it’s easier, you’ll feel stronger, and more confident.

Whatever your current struggle is, my goal is to help you feel better as quickly as possible. My approach is to combine compassion and empathy with action. I want you to know that I care about your struggles, but I also want to see you uncover your strength, and know you have the power to improve your situation.

I offer individual counseling and coaching, small group counseling and coaching, and workshops and retreats.
